Healthy Ageing A CHALLENGE FOR EUROPE A SHORT VERSION

This report is a short version of the report “Healthy Ageing“ project initiated in 2003 under the European Union Public Health Programme by the Swedish National Institute of Public Health, with the support of the European Commission and 12 partners including the World Health Organization, European Older People’s Platform (AGE),  Euro–HealthNet, and concerned stakeholders.  The report constitutes a basic Guideline referring to the definition of Healthy Ageing and promotion policies. It provides guidelines for policy-makers based on evidence and good practices.
